In 2014, Steve also launched Revolution’s Rise of the Rest, an initiative to accelerate the growth of tech startups across the country. Steve is also the author of the book The Third Wave: An Entrepreneur's Vision of the Future which came out in 2017.
Steve is also the author of a new book “The Rise of the Rest: How Entrepreneurs in Surprising Places are Building the New American Dream.” In the book he dives into the startup communities that are transforming cities nationwide that he learned about while on the Rise of the Rest’s signature road trips.
