We have developed the only product on the market that provides 8 different wellness features, empowering users with an all in one solution for their every well-being need. Our strategy addresses the fact that users are opening less apps and expect more from each product.

What's Innovative About Their Solution?
To achieve our mission of putting wellness in people’s pockets everywhere, we have created a wellness app comprised of 8 key features: tracking, content, journaling, goal setting, mindfulness, gratitude diary, community challenges and geo-specific partnered helplines.
KeepAppy has three primary mechanisms: mental unwellness prevention (which is created through the journaling, goal setting and mindfulness), reinforcing positive behaviours for mental maintenance (tracking, content, gratitude diary and community challenges) and emergency care (geo-specific partnered helplines).
We provide users with a personalised experience as the KeepAppy algorithm provides users with content, journaling and goal setting prompts, and mindfulness practices based on each user’s unique self-tracking inputs. The content feature also provides users with a tailored education to their own wellbeing, consequently reducing the stigma of mental unwellness. This app encourages regular engagement through gamification, thus cultivating a more wellness-oriented society. Above all, KeepAppy is an empowering self-help tool that enables users to figure out which behaviours help them to create a healthier and happier lifestyle, whilst providing more value for money.
